teeth. Mostly all the implants that are placed, is in people that have periodontal disease or that their teeth are decaying. They all have been
successfully done. The nest one is if you are currently wearing some type of dentures or partials. The
implants can replace the dentures or the partials that you might have. The dental implant
might even make sure that the dentures are stable or secure. Which will make them more comfortable to wear. Even if you are smoker. Even though smoking
will lower the success rate of the dental implant but it will not eliminate the possibility of getting it. Do you have bone loss? It is ok if you have
bone loss and want to get a dental implant. It is not uncommon to have bone loss with missing some teeth. The oral and maxillofacial surgeons are
trained to deal with any type of bone loss.

If your child might need a dental implant, it is ok to do so. Even though part of the process is connecting to the bone jaw and with the child's mouth
still growing. They can approach it from a different way, to make it part of the orthodontic treatment for the child. You would have to talk to the
child's dentist to guide both you and the child though this.
