ET has a facelift

Drew Barrymore is an actress many have grown up with, or have watched grow up. From her cute little girl days on the blockbuster hit E.T., to her
current days as a silver-screen titan the woman from the famous family has made a name for herself. Ms. Barrymore is not the classic Hollywood beauty,
which is becoming more and more uninteresting as all the stars begin to look the same. She has unique looks and unique beauty. To go with such
uniqueness she has used plastic surgery in a completely different manner from other stars of her age and caliber.

When Drew Barrymore was 16, she went under the knife to have her breast size reduced. The plastic surgery procedure is meant for people (as men
sometimes need it as well) whose breast size causes them physical pain and discomfort. The back, neck and shoulders are the areas receiving the most
stress and thus the most pain. This usually occurs in people whose bodies are small in proportion to their breast size. There is always scarring
involved but there is also always relief. The procedure is performed when the extra breast tissue is taken out and the rest of the breast is positioned
correctly on the chest. In the end, Ms. Barrymore looks great with her new size and is probably much more comfortable.

This procedure is done not only for self-esteem (for people, especially men who feel self-conscious about the disproportionate or abnormal size) but
for physical comfort. Drew Barrymore is an example of plastic surgery patient who went after what she
needed because it was good for her, verses what she did not need but was dictated by the big breasted standards of Hollywood.
